Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to drive end-user training content for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will design, develop, and deploy engaging training across ILT, e-learning, simulations, and job aids, ensuring alignment with business processes and change impacts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders, validating content accuracy and supporting user readiness and adoption in a hybrid client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field of business, HR, or psychology.
• 3-5+ years in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong instructional design across ILT, WBT, simulations, and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training content to support SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Lead end-to-end content development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Translate business process changes into structured learning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and drive alignment.
• Enable user readiness and adoption through trainer enablement and TTT activities.
