Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP PP engagements and translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver SAP solutions, balancing quality, risk, and client value.

You will drive complex engagements, coach junior consultants, and build lasting client relationships while traveling 40-60% as needed across client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, along with benchmarking and advisory experience related to supply chain-specific technology functions.
• Ability and willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; stay updated on trends relevant to the client.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
