Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to translate business requirements into SAP technical specifications and ensure that new solutions meet these needs. You will lead complex SAP PP engagements while guiding teams and maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management.

You will interact with stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, manage engagement economics, and identify new opportunities while traveling 40-60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience in a functional/consulting role.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay updated on trends.
