Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional consulting or configuration role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with team oversight.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current with trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships across EY practices to meet client needs.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative, inclusive team culture.
