Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP engagements and translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP PP and related modules. You will design effective system architectures and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver complex SAP solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and client relationship growth while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
5–7 years of SAP PP experience in a functional consulting or system configuration role.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives.
Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current with industry trends.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration.
Lead and mentor diverse teams; provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and client needs.
