Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical SAP specifications and to collaborate with technical teams on architecture solutions. You will lead complex SAP PP engagements, manage client relationships, and guide teams toward high-quality, risk-aware delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of SAP PP experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional/ configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of team members.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain and advisory experience in supply chain tech.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
• Experience with lifecycle implementations of SAP and PP module.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and strong business acumen; stay current with industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding EY service lines and client needs.
