Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver SAP solutions. You will lead complex SAP PP engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure quality and risk controls across programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise-scale SAP solutions, driving business value and client satisfaction while mentoring junior consultants in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP PP experience in a functional consulting or configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
• Proven SAP project or work stream leadership with delivery oversight.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationship management.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, high-performance team.
