Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years’ experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience relevant to SAP.
• Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40–60%.
• Experience with SAP certification(s) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities with strong business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Motivate diverse teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and collaborate across EY practices.
