Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP PP engagements, translate business requirements into technical specs, and ensure quality and risk management across complex SAP programs.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, drive architecture design, blueprinting, testing, and delivery of SAP solutions. Travel 40–60%, mentoring junior consultants and growing EY client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Flexibility to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current with industry trends.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and collaborate across EY practices.
