EY, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP manufacturing engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and design architecture, overseeing delivery with client relationships and risk management.

The role requires deep SAP PP expertise, multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, and the ability to mentor teams; travel up to 60% is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional/ configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience.
• Travel willingness: 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current with industry trends.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across EY practices.
