Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead complex SAP PP engagements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver effective SAP solutions, balancing client needs with risk and quality considerations.

You will mentor junior consultants, drive business development, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture across EY’s global SAP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program and project management; ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and strong business acumen; stay current with industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-practice collaboration.
