Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, seeks a Senior Manager in Technology with SAP Manufacturing focus to translate business needs into SAP PP solutions. You will lead complex SAP engagements, manage risk, and partner with client teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will work in EY's hybrid environment with 40–60% in person engagement, travel up to 60%, and contribute to building long-term client relationships while mentoring consultants and expanding SAP footprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of SAP PP experience in consulting or configuration.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and leading teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain practices and technology costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative team culture.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-practice collaboration.
