Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP-focused engagements within our Technology practice. You will translate business needs into SAP solutions, architect and deliver complex engagements, and mentor diverse teams to ensure quality and risk management.

You'll drive client relationships, manage budgets, and oversee large SAP client work streams, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing, Production Planning, and supply chain processes. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of SAP Production Planning experience in a consulting or configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
