Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP production planning engagements and delivery for manufacturing clients. You will translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure architecture solutions meet client needs.

You will oversee large SAP programs, manage risk, and drive client value while mentoring consultants. The role offers a hybrid, client-facing environment with extensive travel and cross-practice collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP PP or SAP production planning in a consulting or configuration role.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with team oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within EY practices.
