You will manage large SAP PP projects, mentor consultants, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client services while balancing risk and cost considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, with benchmarking and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; staying abreast of industry trends.
• Consistently delivering high-quality client services by monitoring progress and managing risks.
