Job summary

EY is a global professional services firm seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and lead SAP PP engagements, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver architecture solutions.

You will evaluate business models, design SAP-driven processes, and ensure solution alignment with client objectives while guiding teams through complex implementations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Proven SAP project or work stream management experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and tech functions.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business sense.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across EY practices.
