EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to lead SAP PP engagements and deliver complex SAP solutions for manufacturing and supply chain. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, design architecture, blueprint processes, test workflows, and drive successful implementations with cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, program oversight, and mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience in a consulting or configuration role.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with client teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and technology functions.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams aligned to client goals.
• Demonstrate technical capability and strong business acumen; stay current on trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Foster collaboration and trust with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote an inclusive, innovative environment.
• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with EY teams to meet client needs.
