Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to lead SAP PP engagements, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering robust SAP solutions for manufacturing and supply chain processes. You will partner with stakeholders, manage complex programs, and mentor teams in a dynamic, client-driven environment.

The role emphasizes technical design, cost-benefit analyses, and active collaboration across EY practices to drive client value and lasting results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with client objectives in mind.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen; stay updated on trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an innovative, inclusive team culture.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines.
