Job summary

EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs, advise executive stakeholders, and enhance asset reliability across SAP S/4HANA environments. You will guide solution roadmaps and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities in complex settings.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders, manage multi-site deployments, and build senior client relationships while expanding EY services.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Experience in cost–benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, best practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities including S/4HANA innovation.
