EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Core Supply Chain to lead large-scale transformation programs across asset management and maintenance. You will advise executives, shape solution roadmaps, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities in complex, multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Proven experience leading SAP projects or work streams.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Travel 40%–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, finances, resources, quality and risk across programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify EY expansion opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and managers to foster high performance.
