Job summary

EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs. You will advise executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities across complex environments.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to drive solutions, evaluate operating models, and help clients unlock value while growing leadership and business development capabilities at EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP PM/EAM and asset management.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements with leading practices and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
