EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP Core Supply Chain transformations, focusing on Asset Management and S/4HANA. You’ll guide executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities across diverse industries.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to drive SAP-enabled transformations, mentor teams, and expand EY’s advisory services while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP PM/EAM and asset management.
• Proven experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financials, resources, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs with leading practices and tech capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify EY service expansion opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and managers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
