EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP Core Supply Chain transformation programs, focusing on Asset Management and S/4HANA initiatives. You will guide executives, shape solution roadmaps, and deliver measurable business value across asset-intensive environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, drive strategy, and oversee delivery while building trusted client relationships and contributing to EY's growth in SAP services globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives and provide thought leadership on maintenance and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Build senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
