Job summary

EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformations in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance. You will guide executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities across diverse industries.

You’ll collaborate with business and technical leaders to develop strategies, oversee SAP-enabled transformations, and drive measurable value while expanding EY services and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience, including leading transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives and provide thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, best practices, and technology capabilities.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
