Job summary

EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs in asset management and maintenance operations using SAP S/4HANA. You will guide executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery of integrated capabilities while expanding EY services globally.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to deliver measurable value, manage budgets, and mentor consultants across multiple domains in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including lead roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with multi-site deployments.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
• Advise executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, budget, and risk for complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs with best practices.
