Job summary

EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs. You will guide executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery across asset-intensive environments.

You’ll collaborate with business and technical leaders to develop strategies, manage complex programs, and drive measurable value while expanding EY’s SAP offerings and leadership footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP PM/EAM and asset management.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with multi-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy to deployment.
• Advise executives with thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, finances, resources, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs and technology capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and develop teams; expand EY services with clients.
