Job summary

EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformations across SAP Asset Management and S/4HANA. You will advise executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management in complex, multi-site environments.

Collaborating with business and technical leaders, you will drive strategic decisions and grow leadership, client advisory, and business development skills while expanding EY’s SAP footprint across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience, typically in SAP PM/EAM and asset management.
• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience including leading SAP transformations and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with cross-functional teams.
• S/4HANA Asset Management (Plant Maintenance/EAM) implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers to foster high-performance teams.
