Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its SAP Core Supply Chain practice to lead large-scale transformation programs across SAP Asset Management and S/4HANA. You will advise executives, shape roadmaps, and drive delivery of integrated asset management capabilities while guiding multi-disciplinary teams across Finance, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.

In this role you will mentor consultants, manage stakeholder expectations, and expand EY services with a focus on delivering measurable client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
12–15 years of relevant experience.
10+ years SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience, including leading SAP transformations and S/4HANA.
Executive stakeholder management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
Advise client executives on maintenance and asset management operating models.
Oversee engagement delivery, finances, and risk across programs.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and more.
Guide solution design balancing business needs with best practices.
Build senior client relationships and identify EY expansion opportunities.
Mentor consultants and stay current on SAP Asset Management innovations.
