Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead SAP Core Supply Chain transformations, focusing on Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, and S/4HANA initiatives. You will shape roadmaps, advise executives, and guide multi-site programs across asset-intensive environments, delivering measurable business value.

Collaborate with business and technical leaders to drive SAP-enabled transformations, mentor teams, and expand EY services while developing leadership and client advisory capabilities on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management experience.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Executive stakeholder management and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance and operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, and risk across programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP modules and digital operations.
• Mentor consultants and expand EY services with clients.
