Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Executive stakeholder management and global/multi-site deployment experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, risk, and quality across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design that balances business requirements with leading practices and technology capabilities.
• Develop senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor consultants and managers to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities including S/4HANA innovations.
