Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its SAP Core Supply Chain practice to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and PM transformations. You will guide executives, shape solution roadmaps, and oversee complex, multi-site implementations to improve asset reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers; expand EY services with clients.
