Job summary

EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs, advising executives and shaping SAP-enabled asset management solutions. You will drive strategy, oversee delivery, and uplift asset reliability and maintenance performance across complex environments.

You’ll collaborate with business and technical leaders to shape roadmaps, guide transformations, and grow leadership, client advisory, and business development skills within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including leadership of SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Experience in conducting technology cost-benefit analyses.
• Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
• Experience with training design and delivery.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities, including S/4HANA innovations.
