Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy to deployment.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resources, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs, best practices, and technology capabilities.
• Grow senior client relationships and identify EY services expansion opportunities.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers; foster a high-performance culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities, S/4HANA innovations, and intelligent asset management solutions.
