Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in EY's SAP Core Supply Chain practice to lead large-scale transformation programs, advise executive stakeholders, and improve asset reliability and maintenance planning across asset-intensive environments.

You will shape solution roadmaps, guide SAP-enabled transformations, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities while growing leadership, client advisory, and business development at EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with team oversight.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management and business development experience.
• Cost-benefit analyses and technology cost analyses familiarity.
• Travel willingness up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, and risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements and technical capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify EY service opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities and S/4HANA innovations.
