Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Core Supply Chain transformations, focusing on Asset Management and S/4HANA deployments. You will guide executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery across asset-intensive environments, coordinating across finance, procurement, and digital operations.

You will mentor teams and expand EY services while driving measurable business value for clients and building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience.
• Executive stakeholder management and client service skills.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy to deployment.
• Advise executives on maintenance, reliability, and operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs and technology capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify EY services expansion opportunities.
• Mentor consultants and managers to foster a high-performing culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities and S/4HANA innovations.
