Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP Core Supply Chain transformation programs, focusing on Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, and S/4HANA initiatives. You will advise executive stakeholders, guide solution roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery across complex environments.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to shape roadmaps, oversee SAP-enabled transformations, and grow your leadership and client advisory career within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Travel 40%–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and PM transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements, best practices, and technology.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Stay current on SAP Asset Management capabilities and S/4HANA innovations.
