Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Translate requirements into practical functional designs and end-to-end workflows.
• Coordinate dependencies across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and contact-center systems.
• Prepare functional designs, configurations, test scenarios, and data mappings.
• Support unit and integration testing, UAT, and production stabilization.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to client teams.
