Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant in the United States to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U customer service solutions for utility clients. You will translate business requirements into effective functional designs, work with stakeholders, and support end-to-end processes from meter-to-cash across modules and integrations.

This role may require regular travel (40–60%) to meet client needs and ensure successful project delivery, with potential involvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3–4 years of SAP IS-U experience, including hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes, including account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs for customer, account, and contract processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U modules such as business partner, contract account, and customer-service workflows.
• Coordinate dependencies across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Prepare design docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and process flows; support testing and cutover activities.
