Qualifications

• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS‑U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, and related processes.
• Configure and support SAP IS‑U Customer Service elements incl. business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise and service connections.
• Document business requirements, process flows, data mappings, and test scenarios; support testing and cutover readiness.
