EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions in the utility sector. You will translate service-operation requirements into functional designs and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end meters-to-cash processes.

The role requires strong SAP IS-U knowledge, utility industry experience, and the ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with at least 3 years hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams, including business partner, contract account and customer data workflows.
• Configure and support SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions; coordinate with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management and field services.
• Translate service-operation requirements into reliable customer, account, contract, premise, and service-request workflows.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration documentation, test scenarios, data mappings, and end-to-end process flows.
• Lead testing cycles and support user acceptance testing, regression testing and defect resolution.
