Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients, focusing on the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, with travel up to 40–60% to meet client needs, delivering end-to-end functional designs and configurations across SAP modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start and stop service, and related customer processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer master data.
• Design and support service requests, notifications, correspondence, and customer-contact processes integrated with SAP IS-U and meter-to-cash.
• Translate service-operation requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, field service, and contact-center systems.
• Support data conversion and cutover readiness for customer and contract data.
