Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utilities clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate service-operation requirements into effective functional designs across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have SAP IS-U expertise, utility industry experience, and strong client-service skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.
• Experience with customer, business partner, contract data and related SAP IS-U processes.
• Ability to travel 40–60% as needed by client engagements.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs for customer, account, contract, and service-requests workflows.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and other modules.
• Prepare functional specs, configuration docs, test scenarios, and data mappings.
• Support unit and integration testing, UAT, and production issue analysis.
• Provide knowledge transfer and user procedures to client teams.
