Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients. You will translate requirements into end-to-end workflows across meter-to-cash processes, collaborating with business and technical teams and traveling as needed to meet client needs.

The role requires 3–4 years of SAP IS-U experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to deliver functional designs and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U experience with hands-on delivery.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, design, testing and production support in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients.
• Translate service-operation requirements into functional designs and workflows.
• Coordinate dependencies across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and field service.
• Prepare functional designs, data mappings, test scenarios, and user acceptance support.
• Travel to meet client needs (40–60%).
