Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement SAP IS-U customer service solutions for utilities clients. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to translate service-operation requirements into effective functional designs across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP IS-U, business partner, contract account, premise and service-connection concepts, plus strong communication and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3–4 years in SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities, with hands-on CS work.
• Proven experience delivering functional designs, config, testing and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for utilities clients.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and workflows.
• Coordinate with Billing, FI-CA, and field service teams across projects.
• Prepare design docs, test scenarios, data mappings and cutover readiness.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and production issue analysis.
• Travel to meet client needs (40–60%) as required.
