Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective functional designs that support customer, account, contract, premise, service requests, and related processes, with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years in SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration, or solution design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and end-to-end process flows.
• Configure and test SAP IS-U Customer Service components (business partner, contract account, premise).
• Support data conversion, cutover readiness, and production stabilization for customer and contract processes.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project leadership to resolve issues.
