EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions. You will translate utility service requirements into functional designs affecting customer, account, contract, premise, and service‑request processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end service operations across meter‑to‑cash, with travel to meet client needs and deliver successful project outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3–4 years of SAP IS-U/Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration, or design in utilities.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, premise and service processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional designs and to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Mansioni

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for client projects from design to testing.
• Capture requirements for customer/account maintenance, service requests, moves, and transfers.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service components and related master data.
• Design workflows for customer self-service and service processes linked to meter-to-cash.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and field service.
• Support testing, data conversion, cutover activities, and post go-live stabilization.
