Job summary

EY is conducting a search for an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions in the utility sector. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate service-operation requirements into effective functional solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

Travel to meet client needs is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3+ years hands-on in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configurations including business partner, contract accounts, and customer-service processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management and related systems.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings and other deliverables.
• Support testing cycles and data conversion activities; assist with cutover readiness.
