Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility service requirements into functional designs and drive successful project delivery.

The role requires strong SAP IS-U expertise, utility industry knowledge, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. hands-on IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes including account maintenance and service requests.
• Travel up to 40–60% as needed by client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Apply functional knowledge to address complex customer-service requirements and support project delivery.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Design and document business requirements and end-to-end process flows for customer self-service solutions.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings and other deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, and issue resolution.
• Support data conversion activities and cutover readiness.
