Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients in the United States.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate service-operation requirements into functional SAP IS-U designs across meter-to-cash processes, including customer, account, and service requests, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Experience delivering functional requirements and testing in utilities.
• Familiarity with customer-service processes across meter-to-cash.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configurations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams across multiple modules.
• Support testing, data conversion, cutover, and production stabilization.
• Travel up to 40–60% to meet client needs.
