Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility clients in the United States. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define the functional approach, align with business policies and accounting requirements, and ensure integration across the SAP IS-U solution.

You will lead functional teams, drive solution quality, testing, and cutover readiness, and travel 40–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with FI-CA focus.
• Experience owning FI-CA functional solution design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream, including scope, processes, delivery plans and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define and govern the functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections and related controls.
• Lead workshops and design reviews translating business requirements into FI-CA designs.
• Drive FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing, Customer Service, banks, tax and FI/CO GL.
• Lead cross-workstream coordination and ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover and production readiness.
